Springhouse Architects

Home Grown. Nationally Recognized.

Located in historic Springboro, Ohio, 205 East Street is home to Springhouse Architects. Offering residential and commercial architecture in Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati, the renovations to the once automotive garage transformed this industrial space into the official home of Springhouse Architects.

With a passion for sustainability and repurposing already existing spaces, 205 East Street is a creative hub for our growing team and a space highlighted by:

• A wall of full light overhead doors that allow us to open the space up and let the light and fresh air in on beautiful Ohio days.
• A state of the art conference room, invites clients to enjoy custom home brainstorming sessions.
• The open concept work space allows our team members to have their own personal space while enjoying the comradery of working together in an open space.
• The modern flare in a cozy environment is ideal for producing creativity and meeting with custom home and commercial architecture clients.

Springhouse Architects. For clients who know what they want and deserve a firm that can deliver it.
