Daycare Center Transformed Into Corporate Headquarters

We frequently receive inquiries about whether Springhouse Architects creates commercial buildings, and we are always delighted to respond, “Yes, we do!” One of our many projects involved collaborating with Thomas G. Ruthman, President and Owner of Ruthman Companies, on their corporate headquarters, a company that has proudly served the greater Cincinnati area for over 100 years.

Originally a daycare center in West Chester, this space underwent a transformation in 2018 to accommodate the evolving needs of this family-owned business, which specializes in the engineering and manufacturing of customized pumps. With a global presence, Ruthman Companies tasked us with developing an environment that not only reflects their innovative spirit but also promotes productivity and excellence among their staff.

Bringing the outdoors in, from custom-designed windows to the uniquely crafted live edge desk of the owner, this space is warm, inviting, and inspiring for all who consider it their home away from home!

Springhouse Architects. For clients who know what they want and deserve a firm that can deliver it.
