RED LION: MODERN, MOODY, AND SMART

Designed and built in 2023, the architectural design and interior design were both provided by Spring House Architects to create a modern moody manor featuring the latest in smart home technology. This two story home with a main level primary bedroom suite, has a unique spin on the classic farm house style, featuring a large kitchen with clean lines and soaring cabinetry.

The main gathering area, with corner windows and vaulted ceilings invites you into a warm and open space, perfect for entertaining. Using universal design, each room is outfitted with features to make everyday life at home easier including an open concept, zero entry primary shower, and 36″ wide doors.
