Modern Glamour
Designed for hosting and entertaining
From the first sketch, Springhouse Architects conceived this home as a celebration of the Mediterranean spirit — where architecture dissolves the boundary between indoors and out. A modern Mediterranean composition that commands its homesite with quiet confidence, stretching gracefully across the landscape rather than simply sitting upon it. Every decision, from the massing of the facade to the direction of each window, was made with the light, the view, and the life of the people inside it in mind.

What makes this home endure beyond its first impression is the integrity of its idea. Springhouse Architects designed every room around a single principle: architecture should elevate daily life without announcing itself.
