A Luxury Lodge Estate – Crafted for Life & Entertaining

Collaborating with Dayton Realtor Niki Gulick on our second custom home together, Springhouse Architects brought this lodge-inspired estate to life with one guiding principle: every detail should feel as livable as it is beautiful.

The Highlights at a Glance

Architectural character defined by low horizontal massing, steep gabled roofs, standing-seam metal, whitewashed masonry, heavy timber, and large-scale glazing
Spiral staircase to lower-level workout room and closet
Custom pool and pool house
Outdoor living spaces designed for both family life and entertaining
Two-story dining room with dramatic dormered windows
Kids’ bedroom with loft
Curated wine room

A home that tells a story, this estate is a testament to what’s possible when architecture and intention align.
