Heritage Haven
HERITAGE HAVEN: A COLLABORATION OF BUILDER AND ARCHITECT
Designed by Springhouse Architects, Heritage Haven marks the inaugural collaboration between Springhouse Architects and Columbus custom home builder, The Bellepoint Company. Built in 2020, this tranquil retreat serves as a multi-generational residence, tailored specifically to accommodate the needs of a close-knit, expanding family.
Unique Features
-
Two Separate Homes: The design includes two distinct homes connected by a spacious, open-concept family gathering area.
-
Modern Design: Situated in the suburbs of Columbus, the modern elements throughout each wing create a unified aesthetic that presents as a single home from the outside.
-
Natural Integration: Expansive glass walls and light materials foster a sense of connection to the lush natural landscape surrounding the property, while also maximizing views of the charming pond.
One of the standout features of this luxurious residence are the pocket doors, meticulously handcrafted from timber sourced from the property itself. These doors elegantly separate private areas from communal spaces, enhancing both functionality and style.
